NN.07 Gift Guide
Teaming up with NN.07, we created a store-focused holiday campaign centered around selected items featured in their gift guide.
Due to NN.07’s unique and recognizable store design, it was important that the story took place in a physical location while featuring specific items from the holiday gift guide, without becoming too “Christmasy” or overly festive.
Taking inspiration from real-world store locations and materials.
Exploring the architecture and interior decorations gave us great inspiration and ideas for which visual elements should drive our story. Ultimately, we drew inspiration from the minimalistic clay shelves. A theme that runs deep in the NN.07 store design is the use of rock and metal elements, which also became a central storytelling vehicle.
3D merch to contextualize the gift guide
To contextualize the gift guide concept and add realism to the display shelves, we created the clothing items in 3D.
Keeping the brand in mind
Originally, we had the idea of sculptures interacting with the items, ending with a beanie being pushed into the gift bag. However, after revising the storyboard, we discovered that the character angle became too animated—too jolly for the NN.07 aesthetic. While it was a fun idea, we had to stay true to the NN.07 brand.
