True Co. has been a disruptive force on the chewing gum scene, so it was no surprise that when they chose to focus on the candy segment, it would be an surprisingly delicious snacking innovation.

The campaign was a success.
The social media campaign ran mainly on TikTok with a limited marketing push, but even then, the brandfilm performed astoundingly well.

Building the True Factory from scratch.
To give True Dates an official introduction to the candy scene, True Co. wanted a colorful, story-driven, and still appetizing brand film, which simultaneously revealed the delicious creation of these small chewy snacks.
In other words, we wanted a magical candy factory.
In close collaboration with True Co., we envisioned a colorful and bubbly factory featuring tubes, hot air balloons, conveyor beltsāand even a robot mascot helping out with the packaging. The factory focuses on the process of sorting, bathing the dates in cola, adding taste powder, and, of course, shipment & packaging.
Since the launch of the productfilm, True Dates has released a bunch of new flavours that are just as surprisingly delicoius. Pistachio Cream and Popcorn caramel are definently recommended.
