When Coca-Cola wanted to promote their iconic Zero Sugar to Gen-Z in the Nordics, they wanted something truly magical.

Creativity meets over-engineering to answer the ultimate question - best coke ever?

Building on the established “Yes/No” global campaign slogan, we wanted to increase app-downloads + gather opinions on one simple question. Best Coke Ever, yes or no?

Story.

To engage a Gen Z audience, we created a quirky story around a voting machine sorting “yes” and “no” votes in a Rube Goldberg-inspired world of synchronized chaos—visually engaging without taking itself too seriously.

Tech.

To create an epic experience, we built a digital universe with DeepScreen technology, seamlessly integrated with a physical sampling and prize machine—creating impact in DOOH and strong engagement from Gen Z.

Engage.

Ultimately, the campaign resonated with Gen Z, the DOOH and advertising industry, earning awards and nominations—but most importantly, successfully driving engagement.


Creating the machine was a puzzle-solving exercise featuring creative and wacky gizmos, widgets, and gadgets, which needed to be both whimsical yet consistent with real-life mechanics.

The contraption needed to explode with creativity and imagination while being impossibly consistent with real-life mechanics, while maintaining an Coke Zero aesthetic.

The "Best Coke Ever?" campaign exceeded expectations.

The "Best Coke Ever?" campaign exceeded expectations and resulted in 5,144 app downloads in just 8 days, placing Denmark among the top five markets for European app downloads during the period.

Additionally, 6,077 samples were distributed, and the feedback from consumers was overwhelmingly positive.

The campaign succeeded in distributing samples, encouraging app downloads, and generating consumer votes, which determined that Coca-Cola Zero Sugar deserved the title of "The Best Coke Ever."
